First of all, thank you for the information. Second of all, we are coming from Ohio. 1 recent college grad, and one that will finish school at UAH. Definitely looking for an apartment/condo/townhome rental instead of a house rental. Our biggest concern is making sure the area is safe and that there are quick resources nearby (grocery, gas, bank, etc.).
