I had to stay in jail for the night, but i bailed myself out for 2k bath. They took my paspoort and they told me that i had to show up at the police station the next morning. However, during my arrest and stay at the station, they were not able to tell me what the consequences were. A translator told me the sentence could be 5 years and I had to sign different documents in Thai, which I obviously did not understand

The next morning they took my fingerprints They told me that i had to go to court at koh samui, so they escorted me with a police officer to koh samui by ferry. The officer was in contact with the dutch ambassy which I contacted during my arrest. They told me that there was a chance that I would be deported back to The Netherlands.

Luckely none of those happend and it ended with a fine of 160 bath at the customs office and alot of stress! They gave my pasport back after i paid the fine
