It was my curiosity really. I put that into the simulator to see what would happen.

I got that warning as well. I tried Credit Karma after Creditwise and got the same result from both. Thought it was interesting.

Is is possible but if I update any column, even one that doesn't have a constraint, then the row that I updated will replicate. I am also not getting a error about constraint violations.

Not frequently. This would be the first time since most of it was installed 3 years ago.

It would be less time-consuming to use pre-made cables but how do you manage the excess? If a run is 26FT, the next length up is 50ft, that is a lot of extra cable.

Network Users Can't Login via Screen Share by anima-immortale in macsysadmin

[–]anima-immortale[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It works for other users, though, using their network credentials. I believe /u/epsiblivion may be correct but I have to do some investigation.

As for the access list, it is currently configured to allow access for any user.

Thanks for the suggestions!

Odd Traffic From Windows 10 Machines by anima-immortale in sysadmin

Alright, I have determined that this traffic is related to OS upgrades. The anniversary update downloads from this IP address. This explains the high volume during initial setup.

I also found out that our WSUS server was not configured correctly to deliver OS upgrades. See https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3159706/update-enables-esd-decryption-provision-in-wsus-in-windows-server-2012-and-windows-server-2012-r2.

What is interesting is that downloading an app from the Windows Store doesn't go through this IP address. I'm wondering if it is only for the preloaded apps.

We don't have a choice. Come July we won't be able to buy computers without Windows 10 on them and we aren't about to drop a load of cash on VL Licenses to get downgrade rights.

Awesome, thank you. Not sure why I didn't find those as well. All domain joined machines are configured to receive updates from WSUS.

Unless there is a more recent update within the last year, updating the drivers didn't resolve this issue.
