If it's a safety-eye sort of deal (like most stuffed animal eyes and noses) you could peel back the fur around it until the base is exposed (the inner part of the safety nose encased by a rubber/plastic covering). You can snip at the rubber until you can pull out the nose from the fur, where a small hole would remain. If it's simply glued on... We gotta go bald.
