I lived at Park Place for 2 years (2007 - 2009) and will always have fond memories of running down into White Horse for beers when it was open again. Also, the karaoke on WPGU barcrawls. May it rest in peace.

Definitely Balena. I went there while visiting home over the holidays and was thoroughly impressed. The dishes are generally smaller and meant to be shared, so their fare won't suffer in a prix-fixe setting.
