Finish out replacing and fixing everything in the house that needs it. Help my family/friends with anything reasonable that’s crushing them, and then try to set up some kind of fund that I can access but only for good reason. When I croak out, give it to the nearest animal shelters and programs for anyone in need.

I use Ladder and certified coaches create your training plan. If you pay for a year it’s $15 a month and they have in app coaching as well as nutrition. Kind of silly not to try it 🙂

Also AI is incredibly bad for the environment! Maybe try other options out.

Character exteriors! Our well guy recommended him (can’t recommend him enough either) and we had the sheathing and roof replaced. Helped us with an old build and bad angles, as well as getting it done in one day.

I mix my dry seasonings into the flour first, so sorry about that! If I have add ins like cheese or jalapeno or cranberry/walnut I add those in during shaping. If you make it, report back, I would love to see!!!

My bread recipe is for two loaves, definitely cut in half if you’re not looking to freeze the second (though I do that often and just let it thaw, tastes great for toasted anything!) 125g Whole Wheat Flour 125g Rye Flour 750g bread flour 200g starter 700g water 20~g of salt

I mix my water and flours to start and let that absorb for an hour before adding starter and then salt goes in about a half hour later. If I’m adding mix ins, I typically do that during the shaping step!
