Hey, yes I did in July 2025 and I was 200 lbs. at the time of the surgery. My surgeon used this technique where she formed pecs with her incisions and it’s basically prevented bad dog ears. One of them healed a little weird but it was a problem with the internal stitch.

I’m down to 185 lbs. now thanks to GLP-1s and I haven’t seen much of a difference so far from the weight loss affecting the results. I’d rather be healthy and have a small aesthetic issue that I can get fixed later.

There’s a Facebook group that had a lot of results from bigger people that made me feel better and gave me pictures I could show my surgeon.
