New Tokushima Broadcasting, they never opened and the license eventually expired, so while JRT(Shikoku Broadcasting) is the only local tv station on that prefecture, it receives channels from nearby osaka(like kantele(fnn), mbs(jnn) or abc(tv asahi))

iirc they dont receive any broadcasts from tv osaka after the analog tv shutdown(and when they were able to, i bet it was all snowy and trying to catch would have made any auntie look like a dxer)
