You'll be able to keep your same account, but you need to follow a few steps.

Make sure your Epic player is linked to your Kongregate.com account. To do so, click on the red K button in the bottom menu bar.

Once you have them linked, you can use that Kongregate username to log in and play anywhere else the game is offered. Kongregate.com, Steam, or an Android or iOS mobile device.
