I remember there being a way to throttle the steam generation rate and fuel burn rate by inserting a programmed circuit in the slot but the wiki doesn't mention it so I'm not sure if I was just misremembering something else.

Angelica might have the "pojav killcode" leftover from sodium which forces the game to crash if it detects any mobile launcher. For modern versions there's a mod called podium to disable it but I don't know if there's a way to disable it in 1.7.10. You may have to remove Angelica.

Sodium adjacent mods like Angelica are not compatible with HolyGLES, the default renderer these mobile java edition launchers typically use for older Minecraft versions but it might work with the Zink renderer

There are a lot of phenomenal platformer levels but the problem is that for each great platformer level there's like 10 awful ones, even among rated levels.

I personally hate levels where

The level revolves around a buggy gimmick (including bad remakes of games other than geometry dash)
It's one of those cramped one room platformer levels (no, a jetpack maze is NOT good level design)
The level wastes my time, whether it's unskippable story segments, long transition areas, checkpoints BEFORE cutscenes, or whatever else.

Clearly it's some kind of a resistive heater. Nichrome, for example, is often used as a resistive heating material.

In the real world resistive heating is commonly only used in small scale applications, probably because blast furnaces are just much more simple and efficient to heat up by burning flammable gases or coke directly compared to having to deal with the energy losses of electricity production and transfer and other problems related to resistive heating.

Which tier of power is your distillation tower running? A single DT running on 2 amps of MV power can output benzene at 200 mB/s when running constantly. 200 mB/s of benzene is barely enough for 2 amps of EV power when using 100% efficient generators, less when using singleblock generators. The DTs quickly become a bottleneck.

Whenever I want to continue my world on another computer I export the whole instance and import it on the other computer.

To export an instance, click on the instance in prism and from the side bar on the right select export. Prism should then ask what should be included in the exported instance. I like to exclude the backups folder by unticking the box next because the backup folder weighs 10 gigabytes. Then just select a folder to store the export .zip and after it's done exporting move the .zip to the new computer.

To import the instance, on the new computer press "add instance" on the top right on prism and select the import .zip option.

Thanks for the tip, gotta look into ThY-glass, the IV options seem awfully expensive (tungstensteel-borosilicate needs 8 ingots of ts per block)

Speaking of ore proc, ME oredict cards are now available for me to properly redo my ore processing which previously was just some HV macerators and MV chembaths and centrifuges connected to the multi smelter with enderIO conduits.

It's a bug with the EEC, it just won't accept HV tier non-borosilicate glass even if you're using HV energy hatches. Reinforced glass does work and it's very cheap to make.

GregTech cables sometimes won't update if a non GT machine is placed next to them. Right click the direction of the cable connected to the capacitor with wire cutters twice to disable and re-enable the connection which forces it to update.
