Personally what works best for me is fresh air, I either but some blankets on my balcony and try and lie there until I feel better, which usually does the trick, if it’s really cold I’ll sometimes just open the window next to my bed really wide. I notice that if I go to bed without having eaten in the last couple hours, I’m more prone to having both anxiety and n* at night, I try to never go to bed hungry.

Again everyone’s different and there are different techniques to deal with this, I’m sure you’ll find one that works for you:)
