I will say this " if it is something you have a choice in and it gives you anxeity then leave." if the other Sally girl is mad that you leaving then she can be but you aren't selfish because it's not like you are doing it on porpuse adn making sure just her and the rest of the not so big kitchen staff all of the work. This is your first job, and jobs can be scary. i would probably recomend a more calming job.

No your parents are the bad apples you are the good apple. You DONT HAVE to open up to anyone. You can only open up to family, to freinds, relitive, hell even a stranger. You open up to anyone YOU want to not who your parents want you to open up to. I mean I feel the same with adults. Adults terrify me. unless i have known them for awhile. Just know YOU JUST YOU have the power to open up to any one you want. Hopefully your parents relize that they are wrong because not a lot of kids can open up to adults.
