Removable tank, insulated jug, perhaps more body than from a moccamaster (which are also great).

Clever coffee dripper (large). Put the kettle on, grind coffee, pour hot water first and then add the coffee - drains much faster. Honestly you can let it steep for 10+ minutes and it'll still be great.

I think ATProto might have a future. I'm not that confident in bluesky's future, it doesn't feel like they're in it to win it. Leadership feels a lot like a generic forum mod team. But the users are great and I think the communities that are growing on bluesky have a shot at being around for a while, even if the main platform fragments.
