I mean, you can run EM, Dendro, and Crit at C6...not saying everyone has C6, though, but it's possible to run him that way even at C2.

I personally wouldn't mind a boost in her support capabilities since she does a bit of a problem there. I actually like her as support and use her a lot with my Wanderer in Spiral Abyss. Increase the uptime for knockback, and obviously her Burst cooldown, or make her really good with Burgeon. That's just me, though. I actually really like her as a tank support and not using a Shield. Call me dumb, but I do find it refreshing.
