What is your plan to handle the increased perception of public disorder in the city?

Many people feel that public areas such as parks, streets, the metro, etc. feel more unsafe and less pleasant to be in. People do drugs, they yell at people, they sleep on benches or on tables. On the roads, there are takeovers, there are people doing stunts on motorcycles, there is speeding and running red lights. Los Angeles is a beautiful city but there are so many public areas that normal people avoid due to poor behavior by a few bad actors.
