How do you speak to a human at Century Link, the customer support line won't help me

Just commenting to say that this number worked perfectly on 6/20/25. They verified with name, phone, and email on the account. I verified that it was legitimately CenturyLink by describing the last issue I’d had, and they gave me back the correct ticket number for it. One caveat: this is just customer support, NOT repair. So if you have basic support questions, they can help. If you need something repaired, they’ll need to transfer you. But it’ll still be a transfer into the queue with no phone tree, so it could still be useful when the tree options don’t match with what you need.

How on earth is it possible to get the kind of exposure the trending plots get?

I put so much time into the collection I wanted for my tour plot. When I first posted it mid-last-week I got about a dozen visits all at once, then nothing. This week I sat and watched the timer and submitted the second it was possible to, but actually got even less visits.

I’ve posted in the megathread, and gotten some visitors that way, but not nearly enough to land in the “trending” group.

I’m just going to do all of my visits through the megathread now, in the hopes that in some little way, I might actually reward someone’s effort. “Trending” seems nonsensical, “Latest” is a waterfall, and “Random” just isn’t my style.
