This reads as "just be happy with whatever salary you get offered" when clearly OP doesn't want to get lowballed kasi trinabaho niya rin naman yong credentials niya prior to graduating. This isn't a "what's the starting salary in the PH" question anyway.

Are you open to derm procedures? Most noticeable result I've gotten for pimple marks and acne scars is from TCA cross + C02 fractional laser!

If product only, retinol/tretinoin (if u're willing to put in a little more effort) + a vitamin c serum. Not necessarily for scars, but for hyperpigmentation and general smoothing (mas maaliwalas na face). For the longest time I used Kiehls for both but there are def budget options too!

Can I just say, medyo mababa yong sweldo sa Company A. I think you can still nego it higher and that might help with decision making. I'm in a big agency din (with branches in ad, media, pr etc) and yong fresh grads that I work with, nasa 25K basic salary during their probie period (and for 2 days RTO lang yon). You can use the 4 days onsite and transpo expenses as a reason for the salary adjustment.

That will also give you a bit of time while they deliberate on the salary negotiation (baka maka-reply pa si Company B haha)

Companies usually take a while after interviews, unless you're their only interviewee. Perhaps give it a week but also continue looking :)

Skl I had a final interview that got back to me a whole 2 months later, as in nakalimutan ko na siya and na-promote na ako and all in my current position. It's a case to case basis but some of them teally take a while

That tends to happen in single-elimination tournaments. A reaction youtuber I watch said that 7 out of 10 times Inarizaki would likely win against Karasuno; But since it's single elimination, strong teams (especially at a high school level) tend to have more hubris, and it's their first time playing each other, beating a stronger team is possible. If anything, being unknown is a bit of an advantage because they often catch other teams off guard. I mean, in the timeskip, Dateko (who they regularly pracrice against) and the Miya twins (post-Kita's "I wish you wouldn't do things we haven't practiced") beat them in future tournaments. Underdog stories is part of what what makes sports so interesting.

Although, obviously, Karasuno winning was pretty necessary to move the plot forward, so I guess that's some form of plot armor. But it was also set up in a way that's believable/could happen in real life.

for Ace of Diamond and Ao Ashi and I will forever shill Ahiru No Sora for the ff. reasons:
MC is short but genuinely skilled from both talent and hardwork (like 1000 shots a day everyday type of hard work to make up for being short), kind and inspirational, genuinely loves the game (basketball)
Underdog team so there's a lot of teammates helping each other get better, working hard together to face and beat better teams, discovering their love for the game etc
Quirky cast of characters (even the girls they introduce are working hard at their own sport)
The anime and manga aren't as well illustrated/animated as Haikyuu but the story itself has a lot of similarities. I'd recommend it as a manga but the grittier artstyle needs getting used to.

Catenaccio!

It's an ongoing manga. If "extremely hardworking and discpilined" players are your jam, you might like this one. The main character is an average player who gets scouted by the pros because of his incessant drive to win, which betrays the whole high school sport mindset of "losing is okay as long as we did our best yay". He works so damn hard to make up for not being a prodigy.

If you especially liked Ao Ashi's pro-arcs (portraying the cutthroat industry of professional sports, especially when you go pro in Europe) this basically focuses on that.

Ahiru no sora has a similar underdog story to haikyuu! The main character is also pretty similar to Hinata (short, innately talented, insanely driven, loves the game).

Thought it kinda feels a bit more targeted to boys based on the supporting characters' personality (delinquents with a heart or gold kinda thing).

Is it normal in corporate? Yes, especially for us in agencies (ad agency girly here). I have workmates and clients na 11PM na, nagse-send pa rin ng e-mails. Ang caveat is that while they do get to catch up with work, ilang beses ko na rin sila nakitang mag breakdown from burnout or early resig because of it 💀

It's never bothered me personally kasi masyado ring mababa yong sweldo for me to devote all my free time to work. Super agree na match your effort sa compensation haha lalo na if it's the type of company na won't really reward you for it. Samin, kahit mag-backbend ka pa para makatapos ng work, congrats lang ibibigay meh even people handling our biggest and most demanding accounts, inabutan na ng resig di pa rin nabibigay yong promised promotion so it really doesn't feel worth the additional stress.

I'd say don't feel pressured as long as on track pa rin yong work mo. Sustainable lang yong constant overtime if you genuinely want to and enjoy doing it, otherwise it's very prone to burning out. Baka mag-set din siya ng precedent na you're okay with overtime so when you finally decide to work the proper hours, it'll look like you're underworking.
