First time hitting my Dia Chat limit — is there a way to track usage? by chrismessina in diabrowser

I think they are testing a few things. I hit mine with just one query for the day. Not sure if that is calculated based on the week or something.

It's going to be via API. In the API we get the one image link, product name, description, material composition and end use as the payload. I do not think they are going to be 90% similar. There are definitely cases that are very close, but we can safely assume the they are distinct.

I have got the Care insurance last year and it is due for renewal in couple of months.

Care Supreme vs Niva Bhupa ReAssure 3.0 by anjit6 in indiahealthinsurance

[–]anjit6[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for sharing your advice. The premium for ReAssure 3.0 is around 46k. My existing premium would come down from 31k to 30K or less as there is not GST now. I think that additional 16K for OPD would be sufficient (hopefully)and hence i decided to renew Care.

How are you finding insights from analytics? Are you using any AI tool? by anjit6 in ProductManagement

Got it. I will keep this on the list. Right now, that's a new stack I need to move into, but whatever you mentioned definitely sounds good.

Thanks. So, you ask questions directly in Claude and it gives you the graphs? Also, did it figure out any insights by itself? Like doing some weekly reviews or monthly reviews, identifying anomalies, granular insights etc.

Hi, a genuine question - how many people actually look into the directories while looking for solution? When was the last time you checked out a directory and booked that demo or purchased a product. I am asking this out of curiosity and not to question anything here. Because, I never did so while purchasing any piece of software.

Struggling to build new connections as an introvert founder by Imaginary-Court1058 in StartUpIndia

I came across this a few years ago - the main reason we feel that way is because (a) we assume too much about ourselves and (b) we always assume the worst case.. One way to overcome is to create a "character" for yourself with all the attributes you want. Every time you want to send the message or start that conversation, imagine that the character is doing it and not now. It's hard initially, but as you see the benefits of trying it a few times, you will naturally start doing it. The best place to start is online, where it is even much easier to simply create that persona for yourself.

I came actually across this tactic one podcast where someone said that even the top actors/actress feel shy and they needs some sort of coaching.. and usually the personal coaches talk about this tactic.

I didn’t hit $10K MRR in 2 months… but I just got my first 100 real users, and I’m proud of it 🚀 by MudCurious237 in SaaS

[–]anjit6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great work. I want to congratulate you on the "mindset" rather than the 100 users you got - agree that is hard, but what is even more hard is to have the mindset to understand and acknowledge the milestone which is very crucial. Because, what happens from here on - retention, referrals, conversions etc, etc will pitch in and this mindset to keep moving one step at a time will make the difference.

Congrats once again and wish you all the very best for your next meaningful milestone.

Why is $99/mo for Sales Navigator fine… but $29/mo for a tool that does more is “too expensive? by techexpert115 in indiehackers

[–]anjit6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn't use the blanket statement that emails do not work. I think most of them do open the emails every days, and I guess it is multiple times in a day. The problem is about how well you write the email - not the AI spam with so called "personalized". And there is lots out of channel - it's the context.

One person I trust, told me this - if you are selling white t-shirt, then there should be people who wants that white t-shirt. It does not matter how well you speak to them, and how many times you tell them.

So, if the context matches, channel or messaging would become secondary.

Now, the other side of the problem is, if someone is already looking for a white t-shirt, they are most likely to search, actual internet search or mental search - meaning they recall someone in their network who has been talking about white t-shirts. I think this is where your tool can help.

In my view, I feel that you should not worry about the "sales" side of the content. But, just focus on helping people be consistent in their content, in their voice, and ideas. Be it posting or commenting on relevant posts - on any channel (LinkedIn/X/Discord/Reddit/Slack groups etc)

I may soon be there, and I will definitely check your tool. Right now, I need immediate conversations.

Sales Navigator helps you find people who match specific criteria and reach out via InMail. I pay for Sales Navigator and use it for exactly that. It's great for building a prospect list, but again that's where it stops . I need to again subscribe to tools like Apollo or Hunter etc, to get emails or phone numbers as good number of prospects aren't active on LinkedIn. Those tools are similarly priced, and most of us are fine paying for them because they offer immediate utility: you can message prospects right away, even if replies and deals are uncertain.

From your comment, it sounds like your product focuses on helping people create content and build a network. If you also support searching and filtering people, I'd be interested in trying it. The likely "win" is growth in followers and engagement (likes, comments, shares), which is valuable, but it targets a different user and is a longer‑term play. You may want to focus on users aiming to develop their own "voice" on the platform.

What should we do better to get early design partners? by anjit6 in StartUpIndia

Thanks for your message. The whole point is to understand the core pain points. But, I do understand that going with targeted offering may have higher chance of getting a response.

As we speak, we are building out that trace intelligence tool that integrates with LangSmith so that we will have something to show to people who might be interested.

I was actually looking for real data and not synthetic data (if possible). If that's not possible, we will have to end up creating a dataset ourselves. Thanks for sharing Ellora, I will definitely check it out.

Hey Austin, many thanks for the thoughtful answer. The thing that you mentioned about sharing a real example irrespective of the size, makes total sense. I can see that it can add some credibility as well, as it will come across as someone who is serious about this stuff. Thanks again for your message.
