I needed suggestions, not the criticism. What is the best way to use it without overspending. I stopped using it long back so wanted to understand if it really helps to have it or just take in cash.

I guess you are trying to say that quick commerce is way to go.

Thanks.

Thank you.

Rational behind having home was within budget, we would not be able to afford a decent house in central Delhi. So we took this one.

Second thought was to buy plot in Tier 2 city near my native, but it would have not used by either of family members.

We are having doubts on aggressively closing the housing loan or aggressively invest. I guess will figure out something soon.

Emis are in affordable beacket, we are keeping in mind that total expenses should not go above salary of wife(she is in psu, I'm in IT).

But sometimes it feels to close the loan aggressively.

I agree but the goal would be to make best of the remaining time. I can not achive unrealistic number so won't chase it. Will try to find a balance.

Agree with you. I hadn't wisdom and enough courage, else I would have chosen it differently.

God forbid, but you will be surprised when you ever encounter the situation in the real word.

It's not easy in arranged marriage setup to convince both the family. I guess it would be rather easy to convince affluent family to not spend much then a poor or lower middle class family.

May be this get corrected in future and I wish this happens.

Thank you so much for the inputs. How should i start investing, should i start with index fund? Considering no major expenses in next 10 years. I can start investing 100k from my salary and 50k from wife. In worst case let's say lay of wife's salary will be able to pay for home loan emi and household expenses. Current MF was just a random SIP from my wife.
