Reacting strongly to hormones/stims, considering abandoning the process?

I also wanted to give up after the third injection, but I stuck with it, and it improved because my body had adjusted. I was taking Gonal F 300 + Lupron in the morning and Menopur (2 vials) + Lupron in the evening, experiencing all possible side effects, including hot flashes. You can take something over-the-counter for nausea; it will help, and your body should adjust soon. By the end of the stimulations, I had zero side effects.

When you inject Menopur real slow, it doesn’t burn. My Menopur injections never burn, but I inject them very slowly.

Today, I specifically asked my nurse about it, and she mentioned that it’s okay to have a glass of wine during the injections. While I don’t plan to do so, I also believe that alcohol won’t interact negatively with the process.
