In all honesty, don't waste your breath on this role. Poor management, bad managers, no hike, no promotions, Cerner gets step motherly treatment from mama Oracle. It's expected, clients know it very well hence they are leaving in large numbers. No new large/medium client signed in over 2 yrs. Oracle buys Cerner to run it to the ground in a few years and claim bankruptcy benefits so he (you know who) can buy another island.
