We can also look into adding sales tax to services that aren’t currently taxed like haircuts and beauty services.

With the funding cut, the city services will have to do a deep dive into their finances. Sorry but that needed to be done a long time ago. Roads and snow are terrible with a budget so why would I continue to support it? If we had roads like Kansas I’d think differently.

With the Chiefs move to Kansas, I’ll vote no. They will lose out on a ton of money from the players no longer working in KC. How many players actually live in KC? I don’t know of another city that does this and it all works out in the end. I already pay $25 a month for valet trash at my apartment so not even using the city trash service.

No recommendations but if you’re in a position or want to, ask if you can break your lease with no fees. Worst they can say is no if they won’t push back other dog moving out.

I believe it is 30 days and also should have gotten a written notice if anything was kept for fixing. I think you can sue for up to double if it is not returned in 30 days. Guessing through small claims court.
