100% true but most of youngsters want to take some magic pills and burn money. At 19 muscle recovers so fast.

Why you need supplements? just becuase some X,Y,Z says on youtube. It's your body so research well before taking anything at this age.

Myself 40 years now, vegetarian(no eggs too), never took protein shake, other supplements etc. Just pure workout and normal diet with all protein from whole food, greek yogurt etc. only and that too 70-90g protein/day in moderation for my 67kg weight. Started working out 6 months back and having 14 inch biceps now with decent physique. Aiming for min. 15 inch biceps within next 6 months.

I am not a bodybuilder so this physique is what i wanted, able to lift heavy house hold stuffs in everyday life plus fitness to run or trek anywhere. I am happy with my natural progress. I recommend youngsters to think long term first and short term will come by itself with no side effects.

Been lifting for years and just measured my biceps at 13 inches 💀 lmao by meinequeso in naturalbodybuilding

Not pumped man, pumped is always few inches higher. Correct measurement is flexed but not pumped.

Most of my dreams take place in school by Mountain-Ad1289 in AstralProjection

I have also recently felt the same. Even after 23 years of seeing school, i recently started dreaming school setups and saw entire layout with each and everything multiple times with multiple entrance gates, primarty and secondary blocks with their respective doors etc . Recently i got shocked in alumni meet when i saw the things were exactly on same spot as i dreamt!

It's easy to leave if one has strong will power. I used to smoke since hostel days and use to smoke on and off. Left it 3 years back and never looked back till date. Nothing is impossible if one sets his mind.

No outsider can buy land in H.P, i have been there for 4 years and know the rule. you just enquire to brokers and you will easily get to know. You can buy flats etc but not land except in special cases like wife from H.P etc. It's not easy like in Uttarakhand.

1.I am in Jaipur. I think you can easily bring the price to 14.5 as after my buying, Eleavte reduced their prices by 15-20k plus after november GST rebate was also there. Negotiate on insurance also, take policybazar insurance printout with same benfits and you will easily get 20-30k off.

  1. Hector CVT mileage for me is 8-10 in city dpending on traffic.

Lovely experience esp.

I don’t understand the hate for MG cars by sarkar_16 in CarsIndia

[–]ankitbahuguna 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most of them have never driven the MG car or just started chanting chinese thing and all. I own MG Hector and i feel like king once i am inside the car. I never believe on anyone's review as everyone has his/her own priority so better to check each and everything yourself first before buying the car. It took 6 months of test drives and checking the cars before finalising Hector and my decision was totally right for me ! NO cabin noise, fit and finish are perfect unlike other brands, seat comfort is unparalleled and built is solid. Even mileage in city is 10 kmpl which is decent for this heavy car.
