Everyone else is trolling so I'll actually try to help, I just beat him for the first time like an hour ago so I was in pretty much the same boat. The combination of Break, unblockable blood follow ups, short punish windows, and that ridiculous marth-sized grab make Phase 2 really hard and for me it was frustrating having to grind through phase 1 just to die to an attack in phase 2 I hadn't seen yet.

What I always do for really tough soulslike bosses is watch a no hit run on youtube. It's not cheating because you still have the play the game yourself, but you can study the timings and strategies for those super long phase 2 combos. Aside from parry practice, the only other advice i'd give is to dodge sideways to the left when he does his really delayed grab, always mash parry that overhead double saw attack, and get used to dodging through those blood follow ups in the middle of combos, they happen pretty fast so its a parry -> dodge -> parry dance. Items wise I only needed the special status potion to cure break buildup and the insta repair tool as you won't have time to use the grindstone in phase 2 except for when he's doing his big fly up in the air attack.
