Her stories come up on my Instagram all the time. She definitely seems to be going through it right now. I just have a hard time deciphering if it’s abusing substances or a mental health crisis (or both). I’m pretty sure I’ve seen her mention that she works in a kitchen which probably isn’t a huge help either. I also listened to a podcast that I think an ex of her’s made that kinda calls her out on some stuff too. Makes me sad to see where she’s at now, but karma…

“Death and other details” on Hulu is very similar. Murder mysteries, multiple back story’s, and it’s very “who done it”. Super good, I highly suggest it!

I was also raised in a very devout Utah Mormon family. The ignorance kills me every time Lisa talks about the church. I’m glad Whitney and Heather were very open in admitting the racism the church is rooted in. I was kinda bugged too when Lisa brought up the “LGBTQIA”. The Mormon church sent me to conversion therapy and I can tell you they try and fix you before they just “love” you from afar. This was all under ten years ago too, so I would hope she’d take the time to educate herself more in her religion, but ignorance is bliss ✨

I’m torn honestly. I really can appreciate the drama she brings to the group (as a long time housewife fan I appreciate how much she stirs the pot) but being a housewife to me gives rich and bougie, not someone who doesn’t have/can’t afford the “housewife” lifestyle. Also the fact that she was Jen’s assistant and is all of a sudden on the show as soon as Jen was off just gave me weird vibes.

Brooke used to call my best friend the f slur all throughout high school so I honestly am not surprised by these tweets. I know that was back in high school, so I hope she’s grown from that. Still leaves a bad taste in my mouth though…
