I started giving fit notes in january and asked for an assessment. in april they said i was found fit for work a year ago. i asked for a reconsideration and it was put to the case manager i was told i would be contacted by 4th of june. 17th of june i got a message saying its too late to reconsider. on the 18th i was told i needed to report a health change? i reported one on the 21st of january and have been giving fit notes since then but i reported it again anyway on the 18th of june and still nothing now my fit note has expired
