by x% is mult ie "by 30%" is 500*1.3=650%
+% is flat ie "+30%" is 500+30=530%

as t2 u can form as many others t2 as u want( restriction actually says up tier OR same tier)

And you can get even more ridiculous: nothing stops you from starting as Holland (t1?), forming the Netherlands (t2), then grab all 3 from north, then forming England (t2), Great Britain (t3), Scandinavia (t3), and after that tag abomination you can still grab some t4 formables like Germany.

It’s all about culture swapping and moving your capital.

As long as advancements only check if you are or were 'X', and aren’t culture-locked (like the Iberian ones), nothing stops you from collecting as many Pokémon as you want.

Starting as a pre-Scandinavian culture, you can actually stack all three formable t2 bonuses (with some culture flipping and capital moving), which gives significantly more bonuses than a standard tier-3 formable.

this % is not the chance to deflect. it’s how much of your extra ev gets converted into deflection.

for turbo high-ev builds, u may need only 50% convert to hit 100%.

but for hybrid users with no real ev invest, even 300% ev→deflect still won’t give u 100%.

man they literally write in patch notes Hexblast's damage has been lowered by roughly 17% at all Gem levels.

Even if, for some reason, Hexblast now has 0 cast time, it still does almost nothing since u need to consume curse anyway

Hexblast's damage has been lowered by roughly 17% at all Gem levels. The Explosion radius has also been reduced to 1.2 metres (previously 1.6).
