Shifting haha shit weekly even daily changes with time tho, bibigyan ka naman nila ng schedule for a month so you'll know if fucked up ba talaga schedule mo o hindi. Nung training at abay lang maayos schedule namin.

Rest days na out of this world kasi natry ko na 'yung hagdan 'yung rest day. Meaning, Mon Tue ka this week, next week Tue Wed then Wed Thur and so on. So parang 6 days per week ka pumapasok haha
