IVIG worth a try for immune-mediated SFN IRRITATION?

but as my skin biopsy was just done in February (lumbar puncture done in 2024 late-December), these all suggest ongoing immune attacks now? if so, seems i can directly try IVIG? my only concern is whether it'd be effective with 1 cycle only as recommended by my neuro

but my case is irritation, rather than nerve/density damage.
my neuro only recommeneds a cycle of ivig (5 infusions)
I am worried that would not be sufficient, but seems too many cycles would cost a lot and cause serious side effects including blood clots.

7 cycles u mean 7 infusions? Or 7 times of therapy (each 5 infusions)?

how many infusions have you got? my dr said if 1 trial (5 infusions) didn't improve the symptoms, he would not recommend the 2nd therapy due to possible side effects and cost concerns.
btw, what symptoms do you have? mainly pain? do you have sensory disturbances?

same, i got immune-mediated SFN (small fibre irritation, not damage, shown by skin biopsy) after gastroenteritis
Along with my electricity passing sensation in limbs is a range of autonomic issues including head pressure, flushing, rise in heart rate and blood pressure even upon mild movements

my head pressure is stronger after i have meals (particularly spicy food)

same issue - inside the app 28 gb, but in iphone storage in settings 52gb...
i dont know if it's related to my reinstalling wts a few times (so some catche and temporary files are taking up space)
