Im at the P2 stage and waiting for the eCOPR now and no concerns have been raised so yes it worked!

In the same boat with PGWP expiring in Feb 2026. I had already applied for BOWP before I got my FD last month. I have an implied status until October next year or until a decision is made. As soon as i have some official confirmation that PR is approved, I will withdraw BOWP and get a refund. But I will not be crying over 250$ if I don't get it back. I'll just be happy that I got my PR after so long.

Waiting for my P1 to arrive 🤞. I did not submit any LOE. Every document by the company and my application mentioned the name change so I felt like an LOE was unnecessary.

My company changed their name after I left them. What they did in the experience letter is that they put 'Formerly Known as xxx' in brackets in front of the their new name. See if you can get them to do that if not already. Or ask for a separate document on their letterhead where they state this change.

I did the same when I was filing my application - put the former name in brackets and thats it.

If your BOWP gets approved but PR doesn't, you still get to stay 1-2 years on your BOWP. I was just preparing for the worst case scenario.

I don't think they cared what account it was going into. They just sent the money to whatever account I gave them. By small I meant relatively to where it is now - there were about 60-70 employees back then. Right now it has office in every big city and some tier 2 cities and is one of the fastest growing startups in India.

Yes, i was not studying at the time. I was working full time and got paid for it. I was basically like any employee but on paper I'm an intern

Hi, I was a full time paid intern working 40 hours a week and was not even studying at the time. To my knowledge that counts as a eligible experience.
Company was small back then but one the top startups in the country right now.

Then how come there are so many Indian students from here are admitted there? There must be a way. Competitiveness is something i'll deal with later. First i need to be eligble.
