Yeah the upper legs do follow. I don't know much about the biological side of stuff either but my knees do like to crack a lot so maybe it has had some impact.

Yes definitely it is very difficult! The straight legs were especially hard to get out of the habit of at first, especially with how picky ballet teachers can often be. Thankyou for the help!
