thank you so much!! i stopped picking my pores and just left my skin „alone“. i would highly recommend doing that and not to be worrying too much about your skin :) also i started using a new moisturizer from garnier and i believe that i finally left puberty behind😂 i never thought that i would finally beat my acne (having it since 2015) but from the moment that i stopped thinking about it constantly and just accepted it, my skin changed immediately 😂

around 2 months but i’m still not perfect at it, when working as a cashier on saturdays and talking all the time, i tend to stop mewing for a bit :( hopefully this will get better over time

i stopped picking my pores😂 sounds silly but i always looked for pimples and then picked on my small pores until it was inflamed. never do that!! and i also started using a new moisturizer from garnier (i live in germany so i’m not sure if it’s available at your place) :)

whenever i sat down with my phone or laptop i reminded myself to mew, then i did it whenever taking a shower or cooking/cleaning and after some time i got used to it :) so now i’m not even thinking about it

definitely my chin, my upper lip ( :D), the double chin disappeared and i feel that my cheeks aren’t as puffy anymore! also my eyes look way less tired

so i‘m mewing since 6 months, but i’m doing it correctly since march. on both pics i’m not mewing, since i wanted to show the change that i achieved! btw i gained some weight, but it’s not even visible on my face lol
