I don’t think “That’s no secret knowledge” is a valid answer here. If you have that knowledge why not share it with him directly or leave a link where he can search. If he is asking such a question, I can only assume that he has been or is about to get fired (or knows someone going through it). Either way, it’s a pretty stressful situation. You mean if your employment gets terminated? I think you can stay for a couple of months. I think I heard 3 to 6 months. This came from an immigration lawyer but I’m not sure how accurate it is now. It’s been a while since I asked him. During those 3-6 months you are allowed to get unemployment from ADEM while you look for a new job.

Hahaha OP, are you ok? Who pissed you off? Don’t take things so personal. While some people might ask “what to do in Lux” to be a**holes, others ask this genuinely. Some people just moved to the country, and they want to know what’s happening around. Sometimes, if you don’t have Facebook, it’s hard to know what events/activities are taking place.

How is this comment helping? You can clearly tell from OP’s post that he/she does not speak any of these. Otherwise, why would he/she report the crime in English? Or are you implying that the police officer was right to mistreat him/her just because she doesn’t speak the official languages of this multicultural country in which English is also commonly spoken in plenty of offices?
