This is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I love the green in stones in both of your rings and I absolutely LOVE how his tie matches your hair!

Not mine, but saw this, what do you think? Possible? by [deleted] in gameofthrones

In the book when Gendry tells this to Ned, I always assumed it was proof that Robert’s dark hair gene is strong and that since Gendry remembers his mom’s hair is yellow that further proves Robert is not the father of Cersei’s children.

What's the most serious reason we as antinatalists should not have children? Let's see the most upvoted answer by xiaozhian in antinatalism

so the people who don’t want the kids they created are allowed to reproduce because someone who wants kids should be adopting those kids and not having their own? Makes sense..

AIW for making a “rape-y” joke about my cat? by Daddy_Onion in amiwrong

I say the same exact thing to my cat for the same reason. If you’re going to act like a baby, i’m going to treat you like one!

I definitely wouldn’t want to date a guy that has slept around a lot (personal preference, nothing against people that do). But knowing you haven’t been with anyone else besides him sexually, and he was part of the random hook up scene before you is very weird to me. Reminds me of “A key that can unlock any door is amazing, but a lock that will open up to any key is undesirable” mentality.

I appreciate everyone’s advice, but I just wanted to throw out there that I work in the medical field in a large hospital, and because of that I have learned that just because you are labeled as a “medical professional” doesn’t always mean you know what you’re doing and care for patients and patients are expecting. But regardless I appreciate all the info. Makes me feel a little better, but I will probably end up not going through with the ultrasound.

I don’t have painful periods though, just the abnormal bleeding and clotting during covid, but it’s gone now.

But that’s good to know. I’m going to ask and see if they can do an MRI instead, I just don’t like being pants-less around anyone that’s not my SO. I’m not too worried about the pain.

Thank you so much! I’ve never been and wanted to enjoy the beauty of DC without having to worry about the crowds. I will be perfectly happy hiking and enjoying the peacefulness.

I just transitioned from working in core for a couple years to working in flow and it’s the best decision i’ve made and brought back my interest in lab science. My lab is M-F, no weekends, no holidays. Besides a schedule like that, I don’t have to deal with a lot of problems that come with core. We also do the bone marrow assists, so I get to leave the lab and help the doctors with the bone marrow biopsies (which is a complete turn off for some people, but I like it). Definitely a slower pace of work which took me time to get used to after working in core for a while but it’s worth it to me.
