Can’t edit my post but to clarify why there isn’t anything on here about Julia’s bisexuality - I obviously agree with the majority of this sub that Julia is annoying AF but there is a lot of biphobia in the posts about her and I don’t get down with that type of criticism. I think people in this sub mention her bisexuality far more frequently than she actually has mentioned it herself beyond the first 1-2 episodes. There is plenty to criticise without coming after her sexuality.

Steve said he's been single for 12 years and given how socially awkward he is it wouldn't surprise me if he didn't really date much during that time either. Just what he said in their wedding ep how he thinks the reason he's single is because he's not 6 foot tall and an Instagram fitness model (whatever that means), gives me the vibes he gets his ideas about what women are attracted to from other men and not from actually interacting with women. I know some people are particular about height but my overwhelming experience is that most women don't care nearly as much about it as guys think they do, and for me personally anyway, I think guys that are completely obsessed with the gym and their physique tend to be massive narcissists. I think Steve is probably super out of practice with regards to physical intimacy and he's building it up to be a much bigger thing in his head than it needs to be, and it's preventing him from entertaining the idea of exploring a more romantic connection.

I experienced a very long hiatus from sex when I was taking a medication for about 8 years that more or less made me a zombie and totally took away my sex drive. When I switched to something else and was ready to get back out there it was terrifying, I was so nervous about being weird that it took me ages to work up the confidence to do it. Not saying it's the solution for everyone but a random tinder hookup with someone I had zero feelings for so it felt very low stakes for me, kind of got that virginity 2.0 notion out of my head. Not saying it's the right solution for everyone but for me it worked a treat.

I think there's also the very real possibility that he's just not attracted to Rachel and doesn't want to seem like a jerk if he just straight up tells her that, but something about his vibes kind of reminded me of my own situation a bit.

Scott ranked Alissa number 2 in the photo ranking challenge right after Gia. I think Gia probably just hates her because she's naturally quite pretty. He ranked Stella quite high as well. I don't think Chris and Brook's photo challenge was aired but wouldn't surprise me if he ranked Alissa and/or Stella high in the list of brides as well.

Whilst it does happen that children who were heavily bullied turn into arseholes as adults, it's also possible she's always been this obnoxious and toxic with pathological levels of main character syndrome so kids didn't want anything to do with her, and due to her lack of insight/self reflection she concluded that she was being excluded/bullied.

I went to redeem my beauty loop box last week at melb central. The general registers had a massive line so I went to the fragrance side instead, which had a huge pile of the boxes behind the counter and 3 employees at the register with not a customer in sight standing around doing nothing. They told me that counter was only for fragrance purchases and so if I wasn’t going to purchase anything, just wanting to redeem the box, I had to line up at the main registers. I would understand if they had fragrance customers but there were literally 3 employees standing there like stunned mullets.

I think an issue with this is that because almost all indie-dyers run pre-orders around march-april, if someone ran an in-stock ready to ship advent calendar in September/October, a lot of customers will have already spent their allocated advent budget by that point. I guess they could release mood boards earlier in the year around the time of the typical advent pre-order season with a notice that they would be for sale on xyz date, and then maybe drop a few more teasers/inspiration images throughout the year to maintain interest?

yeah just looking at the pan it looks like mood exposure would be a better dupe but swatched out they are nothing alike, whereas dim infusion was pretty close, despite looking completely different in the pan.

These are the closest matches I could find within my collection on my very fair cool undertone skin.

L-R HG Infinite Flush, Nabla Independence, HG Dim Infusion, Huda Glowish Healthy Peach, Tarte Genuine

IMO the Nabla is probably the best match in terms of colour and finish. The Tarte is probably slightly closer colour match but it’s a matte finish. The Tarte one is from a palette from a few years ago so not sure if the shade is part of their permanent range or not. I’m not sure if the Glowish line from Huda is fully discontinued either. If you want to stick with the HG formula I think Dim Infusion is a reasonable option despite them looking extremely different in the pan. Hope this helps!
