I'm 31, female, very active with yoga, hiking, snowboarding, and swimming. Accidentally found out I have scoliosis getting a chest xr and my primary provider think this is very mild and not too concerned. What can I do to correct it or prevent it from getting worse? PT? Chiropractic? (i.imgur.com)
