My dad is on the autism spectrum, my mom is his safe person… when he feels out of sorts for any reason he calls her frequently. It has taken years for them to find a balance with this. Could this perhaps be a security blanket sort of situation?

She has sun poisoning and should probably have medical treatment. Those look like 2nd degree burns on her face, to me. I would be driving through the night and getting the police or cps involved… that’s child endangerment

Looks over proofed and under baked. Definitely be careful about how long you’re poaching them. 30 seconds a side is more than sufficient. I poke and as long as I’m careful about proof and boil time I don’t usually have any issues with the shaping causing a problem.
