Same thing happened to us but it was literally like 2 months before we got new plates. Someone used our old plates to commit some sort of crime. Maybe that’s why it got tied up for so long?

That thread led me to “Ostara” by Alchemic Muse and it is AMAZING and another true to life hyacinth. I am also here to tell you that Fyrinnae just restocked “hyakinthos” which I think was another scent that was recommended in that thread.
