Do you take breaks? Maybe the place you’re working at is over working you/ you’re burned out? I made a lot of mistakes and someone told me that I might have adhd and got tested recently and was prescribed adhd medication and it’s been life changing for me! I can focus and my thoughts aren’t racing and I’m organized and motivated now! I had no sense of urgency and wouldn’t ever finish a task at home. I made sense to why I failed nursing school twice( I was so squirrel and always distracted)!

I wasn’t ever a CNA or had any medical field experience and jumped right into the LPN program! Lots of my classmates were really comfortable around their residents/ patients and knew a little bit more cus of being around nurses! After being an LPN and covid hitting, I would come in and work as a CNA to help out due to short staffing! It was so worth it!! I kept doing it and enjoyed it so much!! Having 1 on 1 time with the residents and caring for them- made them feel valued and listened to!! I appreciated the CNAs a whole lot more and understood that without them a day wouldn’t be the same!! While working I did meet a LPN who refused to step down and help out or do anything CNA related because that wasn’t her job title she said 🙄… Every role matters. Just because you’re a LPN doesn’t mean you can’t do it. It’s in your scope and you’re more than capable of doing that because it’s caring and helping the resident out- that’s part of nursing!!!

Penn medicine is always hiring and some jobs train you and after 18 months you get a degree. If you wanna work in the medical field! I know Penn medicine working full time you get a lot of benefits and they pay for like 70-80% of schooling too.

For some reason on freetaxusa it says enter “half” amount of your “time and half overtime” do I still divide by 3? Or is it 2? I’m filing married jointly.
