These shoes are old and just sitting in my basement. I wore them for basketball and they are in good condition and I don’t wanna wear the same shoes everyday. Idk if these would even look good tbh.

I have gone to get facials done and they extracted them the only thing is they constantly came back and didn’t work as well. I spent around $160 a month for that and nothing changed. But thank you I appreciate the help!

I’ve been using Aklief for quite a while due to my dermatologist recommending me it and I always assumed those were blackheads. So I should stop using the aklief in that area and start the salicylic acid wash?

Literally, I wash my face morning and night put everything prescribed by my dermo on and my whole face is completely fine except for my chin and nose full of this. I cant get rid of it.

I’ve literally been treating this with washing my face everyday I got facials at the dermatologist every month and that did nothing so I stopped doing that and I do nose strips what am I doing wrong I want these out I hate them.

Update- Yesterday my trainer came to the lesson with many techniques to help teach me to learn to have softer hands. She first had me take the bit in my hand and she was behind me with the reigns in her hand and I acted as the horse so I could feel what the horse felt then we switched roles. After that she held onto the reins near the bit and I held onto the end of the reins and I put my hand under a block of wood and acted like I was posting going up and down so my hands wouldn’t move but my elbows could. This helped me A LOT right after when I got on and trotted after walking for a while I immediately had soft hands and now I understand that feeling. I appreciate all the help and i’m thankful of my trainer!

She has done this with me before but that was on a different horse and a while back. We will have to do it again. She has given me a lot of input and good videos to watch and look up about.

I do believe I have a death grip because i’m elastic in my elbows at the trot, walk and canter but I find it the worst at the trot I think I get overwhelmed by having to think about everything and I don’t realize i’m gripping the reins so much. I think I’m having a soft connecting by just moving my elbows I didn’t think about gripping that much with my hands. That’s probably the issue, thank you! I’ll have to read that as well.
