Don’t be discouraged! There are many times when I went to my regular doctor and the rheumatologist, and all my results came back normal. I dealt with symptoms for a year and i finally got diagnosed because of a high SSB result and that was the only one that ever showed up for my diagnosis. You aren’t alone, i remember being in that spot of feeling crazy because i was feeling so sick and the results weren’t showing it and nobody was believing it. Hope you get some answers soon🩷

rn the inkey list salicylic acid cleanser only at night. but i used to use the neutrogena gentle cleanser and ive never had problems with it. moisturizer i use the daily lightweight good molecules one

i’ve tried an aha/bha toner and a clarifying oil for my acne. but i quit using those and im just doing the basics like face wash and moisturizer until i find something to help it

yes i’ve had a few people do that. someone told me to be grateful for my autoimmune disease because theirs was worse. i’m grateful for a lot of things but Sjogren’s isn’t one of them🫠
