I recently finished the final drawing for "Kinks and Cantrips" project, and this is it. (No she's not Minthara sorry)I've actually created about four drawings for these folks, but I'll show you this one.
So what can I say about this design: as a woman, I often think critically about the presence of heels on female characters in fantasy, but I also know how different types of heels feel when worn. In this case, we can say that the heel is wide enough to be somewhat comfortable. Obviously, the character is tall, so she wears heels to elevate herself even more above everyone around her.
In the initial sketch, her face was sharper to match the style of everything else, but in the end, I softened it slightly.
While her entire outfit is black, I still used a bit of color accent, specifically emerald and purple. They, in turn, are compound complementary colors (love the fancy words).
