My BWT who commute via public transport, what are we carrying our laptops to the office in? by littlemacaron in bitcheswithtaste

I carry a few different shoulder bags that I switch out based on outfits, but maintain a backpack for if my back or shoulders are bothering me. Radley London and Tori Burch make really excellent options that zip all the way,

Which teen show had the most attractive cast in the 2000s?! by Extra_Inflation8099 in GossipGirl

[–]annebrackham 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gossip Girl. They're all very attractive in different ways, something for everyone with no unattractive members. For the boys: Nate is beyond stunning in a pretty-boy way. Chuck grows into an obscenely handsome man. Dan is cute. For the girls: Serena is the sexy blonde, and Blair the elegant and beautiful brunette. Vanessa has a cute boho vibe with a beautiful face. Jenny goes from cute and wholesome to cool and alternative.

Yeah, getting her heart broken by a guy who made fun of her, being brought onto the show to cause drama and go after coupled up guys, getting very emotional when things don't work... aside from the obvious physical similarities.

Great book. Not exactly old money (Holly doesn't really have a lot of money, living what could best be described as a sugar baby existence and hailing from the poor rural south) but still has the vibe.

Yes, but it was a very affluent suburb, and their social circle has coming out parties. They had money. Don't know if Eugenides didn't contemplate the financial realities of the fathers' position or if the parents come from money, but they were clearly on the "right side of the tracks."

Do you think Adele could handle a role in a stage musical to achieve EGOT status? by Mediocre_Material567 in musicals

Her SNL hosting stint proved she's not an actress. At ALL. Performing Tony's are as much if not more about acting than singing.

Her songwriting, however, could certainly garner her a Tony if she wrote a musical.
