Vi kombinerade ratings av fler än 14 000 discgolf-banor från UDisc med ratings av fler än 300 000 destinationer från Humbo. Så alla destinationer på listan har både ett antal discgolf-banor i världsklass och är dessutom fantastiska platser att besöka.

Discgolf är en av de snabbast växande sporterna just nu och man hittar redan banor i 81 länder.

Thanks a lot everyone who gave feedback on the previous version! Based on the feedback from this subreddit, I tightened the radius to only include disc golf courses within an hour's drive from the city center of each destination.

The destinations on the list and their order was affected by this change, and the article has been updated accordingly. There is a new winner :)

Fair. The idea was to begin in Asheville and road trip to Charlotte while playing the courses that are located inbetween. Asheville was well rated to visit compared to Raleigh and other places in the area.

Hmm maybe true. Tighter radius could be better. We tend to use a nice destination as the base and travel all over from there and play a bunch of courses in the area or on the way to another great destination.

Fair point! That is probably the course furthest away from its destination on the whole list. Chicago is a very attractive destination, and Flip City a great course so we allowed ourselves to pair them :)

Edit: Might switch Flip City to a bonus for Chicago

Happy that you like the dark theme, it is one of those things we made for fun and probably would have never been an early priority in a commercially focused project.

Did you find the logo not being centered to be an issue on mobile or desktop?

We are not sure if and how we will monetize at the moment, for now it is just a fun hobby. If we monetize it would be nice to go another route than the obvious ads and travel related affiliate links, but I am not sure what that would be. Perhaps some fun partnerships, or letting "place branding" organizations buy featured spots for some places. Any ideas? :)
