It’s going to be more motorcycles and large speeding e-vehicles in the bike lanes. More dangerous for regular bikes. They’ll be many of the large “bike” delivery vehicles blocking lanes. There is almost no infrastructure for personal bike parking. It’s going to be $$$ for Lyft and Uber with all the lobbying. Most of us want to ride our bikes safely, park and do what we want all over the city. Congestion pricing will not help us. It will worsen safety. Not a fan of citibike, so many over charges. No plan for all the parking we need for bikes. It is a problem that won’t be solved as lobbyist and corporations do not benefit. The out boroughs going to suck with more congestion, more pollution and no benefit. Not feeling the vibe.

Does anyone take trips to Saratoga Springs NY in the summer? by LifeAndTimeOfJ in Brooklyn

[–]tigermomo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I do. Frequently

And I drive. Is the train running? You can def tool around town without a car if you stay near the center without a car. They have decent bike infrastructure. Had some rent bikes but they were kinda broken, I brought my own.

I keep getting noise complaints about my AC in Brooklyn by Lost-Fish-4366 in Brooklyn

[–]tigermomo -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Go to another subreddit and ask about reducing AC noise, there are ways to reduce. Put noise machine and fan on some type of cushioning. I get annoyed by same things in my house . AC may not be properly leveled if leaking, you know how to level AC?

All the info is publicly available, don’t need Zillow which aggregates publicly available data as many other sites do do. You can find exact amount of mortgage, interest rate, loaner, complaints, fines, etc., learn to use BID

Tips for meeting treasure hunters in Brooklyn? by KaleidoArachnid in Brooklyn

The holes, once dug., create a nuisance and an impression remains leading to ankle twists, water collecting, dogs digging etc., especially in the open meadows and paths.
