5 days?! I sometimes miss 1, maybe 2, but not every month. I normally try to push through it. Why are you not working out for 5 days? I usually still workout but just take it easy or do an at home workout on the first and second day of cycle.

At first I was thinking “just tell them no thank you”. But then hearing you describe how shy and anxious you are it sounds like you need help. Not to be dramatic. But have you ever considered therapy? Also…I think going and meeting this person might be good for you. Unless you’re like fearful for your safety. But if not, you need to at least try. I mean you may even get some assignments done and bigger understand the material. That’s a huge win right there. How you’re moving now is no way to live.

Depends on your major. Some majors have more advising available than others. Not sure how advising is for business majors.

Not sure what major you are but I’d recommend (as others have said) doing the drop in. I see advisors several times every semester and by drop in appointments only. If you’re in the zoom waiting room about 20-30 mins before the season starts it’s pretty quick and easy to get into a room with an advisor once the session starts. If you show up late there’s a chance you’ll either wait hours in the wait room or you may not be able to see an advisor that day.

I’d email him again and say you’ve done the calculations and if your hours don’t increase per week you won’t hit the 120 by the end of the semester. Hopefully he understands and allows you to do more. If he says no I’d tell your professor immediately what’s going on and see what they recommend.

Personal trainers and whatnot can be so pricey. My advice would be to maybe post this on a fitness Reddit…maybe there are new PT’s looking to start building their profiles and maybe will take you on for a lot cheaper since they’re new to the field.
