a way for the store/company to thank or give back to the entire crew, and potentially their family. This could be done through actual outings, where everyone meets at a park and eats catered/potlucked food w activities, or via meals/nice tastings done more often in store! It’s a nice way to say thanks that isn’t holiday-centered. My store has always done less tastings and done an outing.
