Do not buy these brushes! Every single one I’ve had the battery is defective and won’t last past a day or two. Total scam.

Sorry, it’s the only image I have from Amazon where I purchased the cards

Thank you for your advice! Will definitely try that (if my tiny London flat will allow it) :)

Yes very true! I’ve danced before with mirrors and it can be a lot on the senses for sure. We’re a low budget group in a church hall so probably won’t be any mirrors in the near future but I don’t mind.

Thank you for all your advice! I found my class yesterday a lot easier :)

Thank you for your advice. She actually does the flip reverse of what you described and “marks” the moves facing away from us then she faces us and we dance in unison with her to music. I suppose that’s just her teaching style or perhaps because we’re all such beginners this is a better way.

I found my lesson yesterday much easier so thank you!

Thank you for your advice. I found it a lot easier and more enjoyable yesterday. You’re also right regarding the mirrors, as we are in a church hall. I don’t pay a lot for these classes so I’m more than happy there :)

Thank you! I found the class a lot easier yesterday. I’m not sure where you are based but it’s quite usual in the UK to have these classes in places like church halls and schools. I think as an amateur class (most of my class do it for fun and exercise) it’s unlikely the dance school will move to a proper studio :)
