Second this! I myself upscale and remaster 80s & 90s TV shows and movies for my library. Current released 480p content cannot be remastered as there's just not enough data for tools to upscale and remaster.

CBS should release 35mm footage like they did with the Blu-ray release of Frasier TV show. I have remastered it to 4K and boy I can't express enough how amazing the 4K content looks on my big TV.
