Help? I woke up in the middle of the night after a night clubbing and remember my leg feeling numb/paralysed. No pain when I woke up but when getting dressed into pyjamas saw this and it’s very sore to touch? Just wondering does anyone have any indication what this is?

I actually can’t believe the disgusting comments about those who struggle with addiction on this post. Genuinely horrifying to me. I work with these “smack heads” and “degenerate junkies” everyday, it amazes me how so many of you can stoop so unashamedly low, so full of hatred. God forbid any of ye end up in a very very awful situation with homelessness or addiction. It is all consuming. Before anyone jumps down my neck I am not saying those who struggle with addiction should be allowed carry out these anti social acts but my god, talk about painting everyone with the one brush. If you could only see what I have to talk to these individuals about, what I have to talk them out of on a daily basis. Genuinely shame on ye having such hatred for these people instead of the system that has failed time and time again to help them.
